

OGA Home was launching as a brand-new retailer — opening its first physical store and its online store almost at once — with no digital presence to build on.
With a catalog of more than 80 products and a name entering the market for the first time, they needed an online store that felt organized, trustworthy, and easy to shop from day one. Our challenge was to deliver a complete, conversion-ready e-commerce from scratch: structuring the full catalog into clear categories, optimizing the checkout, and building SEO into every subpage so a brand no one had searched for yet could start being discovered.
